Dad's memorial is coming up on October 4th, at my brother's church in Alderwood. I will take all of you along in my pocket. :hug:

In memory of my Aunt who lost her battle to cancer yesterday.

So sorry to tune in today to hear bad news, Weesa. I feel for your family. It's a terrible time of year to lose someone when everything around you is all about family and celebrating.

Thanks everyone my uncle and cousins are doing well as can be expected. She was very cheery right before she passed I was told so I think she had made her peace with things and was ready to move on.

A little candle for Little Bit, my best friend's 17 year old cat who left us last night. And prayers for Mary Ann, whose heart is aching with the loss of her little friend.

Poor little bit. 17 years is amazing for a cat. Sending healing thoughts to your friend for her loss.

Always my sympathies to your friend, 17 years is a long time, to develope strong bonds. Hope she has lots of memories, and can remember the good times. Don't know if it is any consolation to her, but I was glad the Pope declared our pets will be waiting for us in the beyond, not that I ever doubted it, but it will be a time of snuggles and warm licks, hugs to both of you!

oh, poor kitty...and poor Mary Ann. How sad for her. Little Bit has lots of great company. Hope they all swap good stories about us.

Sadly adding a second candle to the garden for Mary Ann's other cat, named Harry Potter for the lightning bolt streak on his forehead. He had just had to have a operation, and looked to be recovering, but a heart problem took him Home. Now he and Little Bit will be together again.

Prayers going out for Mary Ann. How hard this has to be.

So sorry for Mary Ann's losses. That must be so hard to lose both so close together.
